Once verified, you’ll receive an email from Colonialstock.com with a unique access code to enter our investment platform.
Step 3: Complete the Investment Process
- Fill out the investor questionnaire
- Enter the number of shares you wish to purchase based on your desired investment amount (see “Investment Guide” table below for guidance)
- Review and sign the subscription agreement and disclosure documents.
- Fund your investment.

When completing your investor questionnaire, you’ll need to enter the number of shares you wish to purchase. Use the table below as a guide—shares must be whole numbers (no fractions).
For other amounts, divide your investment by $2.62 per share and round to the nearest whole share.
